DESCRIPTION

Landscape component of a new interchange at the intersection of the A640 and Urbanova Avenue. The project focuses on a signature architectural cladding as well as a lighting and planting strategy for the surroundings of the overpass leading to the Urbanova district. The design makes the crossing over and under the highway dynamic by creating a vibrant kinetic effect, framing the wooded areas to the north and the south, preserving the existing natural environment and providing comfort to pedestrians, cyclists and motorists. The project meets safety and maintenance standards while contributing to the distinctive identity of the area.
