Ambitious project to rehabilitate the high-heritage area of the Plaine des jeux and Mont Boullé undergrowth, including the Plaine des jeux chalet and picnic shelter. Located on the site of Montreal's first public park (1874), the site includes traces of several original trails, as well as those designed by landscape architect Frederic Gage Todd, providing various access points to Mont Boullé and Chemin du Tour-de-l'Isle. In addition to restoring the trails, the project aims to decompact the soil, improve the forest cover, reactivate the vocation of a picnic area, restore the stone steps and create a biodiversity corridor connecting the original forest of Mont Boullé to the St. Lawrence River.
