DESCRIPTION

Master plan for the village of Knowlton, creating spaces with flexible programming to encourage a wide range of uses, including a permanent public market. This central area provides a venue for various gatherings and events, mainly in connection with the attraction of Mill’s pond and its emblematic dam. The whole project revolves around a nature park experience, including a boardwalk surrounding the pond, a park near the dam, new orchard and community gardens, a natural playground and a footbridge linking the new park site to the nearby Brome Lake Theatre.
