COMPETITION
A cross between nature and culture, this project stretches along the riverside park where residents, businesses, festivals, cultural events, fauna, flora, water, etc. live in symbiosis. The architecture is treated as an element of the landscape and represents the current of the river which sculpts islands and will keep on sculpting them. The park becomes an urban connector at the convergence point of the many surrounding fluctuations.
